French pastries! This is exactly the type of place that you see on high-end review videos. Even though the line was long we got through it quickly because the service is fast. My family said the macaroons were super delectable. Mini apricot almond tart, mini mocha hazelnut feuilletene, min raspberry pistachio dacquoise. Apparently the apricot almond tart was the winner out of this selection! We didn't order coffee but that smells good too.

Pistacia Vera is the best bakery/dessert place in Columbus. Not only delicious but works of art. Expensive but worth it if one is looking for the best. Only did dessert this time so rating is just for dessert. Have had sandwiches/quiche in the past and they were really good also from my recollection. Excellent coffee/tea also. Not a very big place so there can be a wait. The line was a block long on Mother’s Day but the friendly staff and the exceptional quality made the wait bearable and worth the wait. This place would be a success in just about any city. Highly recommend Pistacia Vera.

This place has an excellent pastry case. Good luck not leaving with 10 things. Their brunch and coffee menus are very solid, too. From my couple visits: the mushroom quiche was delicious and had the French touch -- very light inside, not firm. My pistachio latte was excellent and had a good amount of saltiness to balance out sweetness. I tried four flavors of macarons, which I liked, but didn't love. They had perfect textures and spot-on flavors.. pistachio was my favorite, toasted coconut wasn't far behind, but raspberry wasn't my cup of tea. They have an outdoor sitting area thay can accommodate roughly 25 people on a nice weather day. This is defintely a worthwhile, popular spot, and I wouldn't deter amybody from giving them a try.

Sooo yummy! We walked here from our Airbnb on Saturday morning and it was worth the wait. The lines can get a bit long but the staff moves quickly. The chocolate eclairs and macarons are SO good!

What an amazing French tea shop, Pistacia Vera is a must-visit to have some delicate pastries every time when I come to German Village. I could completely feel the owner’s passion for French desserts and their commitment to bringing something special to customers after tasting their elegant crème brûlée eclair and macarons, I definitely recommend this place to all afternoon tea lovers.
